Baked chicken

12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill


  • 1/2 chicken
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Laurel
  • Provencal herbs


  • Preheat the 12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 230º, or the casserole until the drop slips over the surface
  • Add oil to taste
  • Brown chicken on one side with lid on without closing completely
  • Laminate potato or cut with cone 4
  • Cut the onion into small pieces or with the cone 3
  • Turn chicken over when golden
  • Add potato, carrot, onion and garlic
  • Add the two halves of the tomato
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Incorporate laurel
  • Cover completely and lower the temperature to 85º when you click or at least if we do it in pot/pot
  • Cook about 20 minutes or use the RICE 1 button on the grill
