Baked fish

Cookware:

11 in Saladmaster Titanium Sauce Pan

Ingredients :

  • Baked fish (sea bass, sea bream…)
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Bay Leaf

Elaboration

  • Slice the potato and onion or cut with cone 4 directly into the 11 in Saladmaster Titanium Sauce Pan (or the electric Grill)
  • Add the garlic
  • Make 2 cuts to the fish where to embed 2 slices of lemon
  • Add it to the casserole on the basis of potato and onion
  • Include the tomato in slices
  • Put olive oil to taste
  • Season
  • Add 1 bay leaf
  • Cover up
  • Put at half power (if with the Electric Grill, put in automatic RICE 1)
  • When click, lower it to minimum power (with the RICE 1 this process is automatic)
  • Cook 20/25 minutes according to fish size
  • Serve hot over garnish vegetables
