Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 fresh pizza dough (whole wheat)
- 125 g roasted (or cooked) chicken breast, chopped into small pieces or strips (to taste)
- 30 g barbecue sauce to marinate chicken
- 150 g grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, semi-cured or combined)
- 50 g of rolled onion
- 30 g roasted green pepper, diced
- 40 g of barbecue sauce
- Baking paper
- Oregano
Elaboration
- Mix in a bowl, cooked chicken with 30 g barbecue sauce until well spread
- Put the baking paper on the base of the 12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill
- Add the pizza base to the grill on the paper
- Cover the pizza base with half the cheese
- Add chicken over cheese and spread evenly
- Add rolled onion and pepper spread over pizza
- Put the rest of the cheese on top of the ingredients
- Sprinkle with barbecue sauce over cheese
- Put the Grill at 200º, when the indicator turns off, indicates that it is at the selected temperature, Cover the grill
- Schedule 20 minutes to 200º
- Uncover and sprinkle with oregano
- Let stand a couple of minutes before removing it from the Grill to serve
