Barbecue Chicken Pizza

12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill


  • 1 fresh pizza dough (whole wheat)
  • 125 g roasted (or cooked) chicken breast, chopped into small pieces or strips (to taste)
  • 30 g barbecue sauce to marinate chicken
  • 150 g grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, semi-cured or combined)
  • 50 g of rolled onion
  • 30 g roasted green pepper, diced
  • 40 g of barbecue sauce
  • Baking paper
  • Oregano


  • Mix in a bowl, cooked chicken with 30 g barbecue sauce until well spread
  • Put the baking paper on the base of the 12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill
  • Add the pizza base to the grill on the paper
  • Cover the pizza base with half the cheese
  • Add chicken over cheese and spread evenly
  • Add rolled onion and pepper spread over pizza
  • Put the rest of the cheese on top of the ingredients
  • Sprinkle with barbecue sauce over cheese
  • Put the Grill at 200º, when the indicator turns off, indicates that it is at the selected temperature, Cover the grill
  • Schedule 20 minutes to 200º
  • Uncover and sprinkle with oregano
  • Let stand a couple of minutes before removing it from the Grill to serve
