Caprese pizza

12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill
Ingredients
- 1 mass of fresh pizza
- 100 g natural fried tomato
- 200 g fresh mozzarella buffet ( optional semi-cured cheese)
- Ripe cherrys tomatoes
- Basil
- Baking paper
Elaboration
- Put the oven paper on the base of the 12 in Saladmaster Electric Grill (or the 28 cm casserole)
- Stretch the dough over
- Spread the tomato over the dough
- Slice the mozzarella over the fried tomato (or grate the semi-cured cheese with the cone 1 and spread it over the fried tomato
- Add cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Give a point of oregano
- Cover up
- Bake by programming the Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 200 ºC for 20 minutes, (or at medium heat for 20 minutes if you are using the casserole)
- Uncover and decorate with fresh basil leaves to taste
- Let stand 2/3 minutes before removing the pizza from the grill (or casserole)
Optional:
- It can be cooked with fresh mozzarella, with semi-cured cheese or a mix of the two to taste
