Caprese pizza

12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill


  • 1 mass of fresh pizza
  • 100 g natural fried tomato
  • 200 g fresh mozzarella buffet ( optional semi-cured cheese)
  • Ripe cherrys tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Baking paper


  • Put the oven paper on the base of the 12 in Saladmaster Electric Grill (or the 28 cm casserole)
  • Stretch the dough over
  • Spread the tomato over the dough
  • Slice the mozzarella over the fried tomato (or grate the semi-cured cheese with the cone 1 and spread it over the fried tomato
  • Add cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Give a point of oregano
  • Cover up
  • Bake by programming the Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 200 ºC for 20 minutes, (or at medium heat for 20 minutes if you are using the casserole)
  • Uncover and decorate with fresh basil leaves to taste
  • Let stand 2/3 minutes before removing the pizza from the grill (or casserole)


  • It can be cooked with fresh mozzarella, with semi-cured cheese or a mix of the two to taste
