Chard rice, Vegan

Cookware:

7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 300 g of beans
  • 200 g of chard
  • 400 g of rice
  • Ground black pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1 large onion, grated large or with cone 2
  • 1,5 liters of water
  • Salt

Elaboration

  • Start with the 7 Qt Cold Saladmaster Titanium Pot
  • Dice the potatoes and add them
  • Add the grated onion
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Add the grated tomato
  • Incorporate the beans
  • Season with the black pepper
  • Introduce the chard
  • Water
  • Add salt to taste
  • Cover up
  • Put at half power until you click
  • Open and add 100 g of rice per person
  • Cover and put at half power again until click
  • When you click lower the power
  • Cook for 15 minutes
  • Let stand 3/4 minutes before serving
