Chicken and vegetable broth

Cookware:
7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken
- 1 leek
- 1 turnip
- 1 parsnip
- 1 nabicol
- 4 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Salt
- 1 branch of celery
- 3 liters of water
Elaboration
- Peel the vegetables
- Put the chicken in the 7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot, cold
- Add the potatoes
- Include turnip, parsnip, nabicol, carrots and leek
- Put tomatoes
- Incorporate water
- Add salt to taste
- Add the celery
- Cover the pot
- Put to heat to medium power
- When you click intensely lower the power to the minimum
- Cook for 45 minutes
- Remove the chicken and vegetables
Options: - This broth can be used to take as a consommé by lengthening the cooking to 2 hours to concentrate the protein of the meat
- Turkey or chicken can be used instead of chicken for a more or less intense flavor
- Chicken meat can be crumbled to cook croquettes
- Vegetables can be taken apart as boiled
- The broth can be used to cook rice, noodles, stews…
