Chickpea stew

Cookware:

11 in Saladmaster Titanium Sauce Pan

Ingredients :

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • 600 g of cooked chickpeas
  • Paprika
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Peppermint
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 0 2 cooked eggs

Elaboration

  • Add the chickpeas in the 11 in Saladmaster Titanium Sauce Pan, cold
  • Dice the potatoes and add them
  • Chop small onion or with cone 3
  • Add the crushed tomato
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika and pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Introduce a garlic head with a cross-section
  • Add water to cover
  • Slightly stir
  • Flavour with chopped mint
  • Cover up
  • Put at half power
  • When you click continuously lower the power to the minimum
  • Cook for 15 minutes
  • Complete with boiled egg, to taste
