12 in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill

Ingredients

  • 1 medium fresh cuttlefish, clean
  • 4 Prawns
  • 4 Norway lobsters
  • 500 g Mussels
  • 150 g Emperor
  • Homemade fried tomato
  • 400 ml fish stock or water
  • 400 g of noodle nº4
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Chopped garlic and parsley
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Onion

Elaboration

  • Preheat the 12in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 230º, or the casserole until the drop slips over the surface
  • Add oil
  • Sauté the Onion
  • Sauté the cuttlefish
  • Add the tomato
  • Add the noodles
  • Add the sweet paprika (while stirring) and sauté for a couple of minutes
  • Add broth or hot water (same amount as noodles)
  • Give saffron and salt point
  • Slightly stir
  • Add the prawns and Norway lobster
  • Garnish with the mussels
  • Add garlic and chopped parsley
  • Cover and lower to 85º or minimum (if cooked in a casserole) when clicked
  • Cook covered for 10 minutes or program RICE 1 with the grill
