Ingredients
- 1 medium fresh cuttlefish, clean
- 4 Prawns
- 4 Norway lobsters
- 500 g Mussels
- 150 g Emperor
- Homemade fried tomato
- 400 ml fish stock or water
- 400 g of noodle nº4
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Chopped garlic and parsley
- Saffron
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Onion
Elaboration
- Preheat the 12in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 230º, or the casserole until the drop slips over the surface
- Add oil
- Sauté the Onion
- Sauté the cuttlefish
- Add the tomato
- Add the noodles
- Add the sweet paprika (while stirring) and sauté for a couple of minutes
- Add broth or hot water (same amount as noodles)
- Give saffron and salt point
- Slightly stir
- Add the prawns and Norway lobster
- Garnish with the mussels
- Add garlic and chopped parsley
- Cover and lower to 85º or minimum (if cooked in a casserole) when clicked
- Cook covered for 10 minutes or program RICE 1 with the grill
