Cookware:

7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot

Ingredients:

  • 1 leek
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • Fishhead
  • 1 kg of rock fish or fish fillet
  • 3 liters of water
  • Salt

Elaboration

  • Add the cut and peeled vegetables in the 7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
  • Incorporate water
  • Include the fish (or the fish fillet )
  • Add salt to taste
  • Cover the pot
  • Heat to medium power
  • Keep at medium temperature until all the foam is removed
  • Cover the pot
  • Wait for the click to ring intensely
  • Lower the power to the minimum
  • Cook for 35 minutes
  • Remove the fish pieces and vegetables
  • Strain the broth (clarify it with a strainer and kitchen paper is the best option)
