Cookware:
7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
Ingredients:
- 1 leek
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- Fishhead
- 1 kg of rock fish or fish fillet
- 3 liters of water
- Salt
Elaboration
- Add the cut and peeled vegetables in the 7 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
- Incorporate water
- Include the fish (or the fish fillet )
- Add salt to taste
- Cover the pot
- Heat to medium power
- Keep at medium temperature until all the foam is removed
- Cover the pot
- Wait for the click to ring intensely
- Lower the power to the minimum
- Cook for 35 minutes
- Remove the fish pieces and vegetables
- Strain the broth (clarify it with a strainer and kitchen paper is the best option)
