Lentils with vegetables (vegan)

Cookware:
4 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
Ingredients:
- 400 g dried brown lentils
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 400 g of spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- Ground black pepper
- Paprika
- Salt
- Water
Elaboration
- Slice carrots or with cone 4
- Cut the potatoes into cubes
- Chop the onion and pepper or with the cone 3
- Grate the ripe tomato
- Place lentils and other ingredients in the 4 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
- Add 3 parts of water for one of lentils
- Cover up
- To put temperature on average fire
- When click continuously, lower to minimum
- Cook for 40 minutes
