Lentils with vegetables (vegan)

Cookware:

4 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot

Ingredients:

  • 400 g dried brown lentils
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 400 g of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Ground black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Water

Elaboration

  • Slice carrots or with cone 4
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes
  • Chop the onion and pepper or with the cone 3
  • Grate the ripe tomato
  • Place lentils and other ingredients in the 4 Qt Saladmaster Titanium Pot
  • Add 3 parts of water for one of lentils
  • Cover up
  • To put temperature on average fire
  • When click continuously, lower to minimum
  • Cook for 40 minutes
