Baked chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Laurel
  • Provencal herbs

Elaboration

  • Preheat the unit or the electric grill to 230 ºC
  • Add oil to taste
  • Brown the chicken on one side with the lid on without closing completely
  • Slice the potato with cone 4
  • Cut the onion with cone 3
  • Flip the chicken when it is golden brown
  • Add the potato, carrot, onion and garlic
  • Add the two halves of the tomato
  • Season to taste and season with Provencal herbs
  • Incorporate the laurel
  • Cover completely and lower to minimum when click-click
  • Wait about 20 minutes or use the automatic RICE 1 button on the grill
