Chicken and vegetable paella

Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken, chopped
  • 200 g flat green beans
  • 2 artichokes
  • 100 g of garrofón bean
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 400 g of round rice
  • Sweet paprika
  • 400 ml of water
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Rosemary

Elaboration

  • Preheat the unit or the electric grill to 230 ºC
  • Add oil
  • Fry the chicken until golden brown
  • Put the vegetables, without overdoing it, as they contain a lot of water
  • Grate the tomato and add it
  • Add rice (100 g) per person and sauté
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Add a point of saffron and salt
  • Add the broth or hot water, the same amount as rice (plus a little extra if you prefer less entire rice)
  • Stir slightly and add the rosemary
  • Cover or lower to minimum when click-click
  • Cook for 20 minutes or program RICE 1 on the grill
