Chickpea stew

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • Boiled eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Mature tomatoes
  • 600 g of cooked chickpeas
  • Sweet paprika
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Peppermint
  • 1 liter of water

Elaboration

  • Add the chickpeas in the cold unit
  • Dice the potatoes and add them
  • Chop the onion with cone 3 and add
  • Add the crushed tomato
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika and pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Introduce a head of garlic with cross section
  • Add water to cover
  • Stir slightly
  • Add minced peppermint
  • Cover and heat over medium heat
  • When click-click continuously lower to the minimum
  • Cook for 15 minutes
  • Complete with boiled egg, to taste
