Fish broth

Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • Fish head
  • Rock fish or thorns
  • 3 liters of water
  • Salt

Elaboration

  • Add the vegetables cut in the unit
  • Add the water
  • Include the pieces of fish
  • Add salt to taste
  • Heat over medium heat
  • When click-click, open and remove the foam
  • Lower to the minimum
  • Cook for 20 minutes
  • Remove the pieces of fish and vegetables   
  • Strain the broth
