Lentils with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 400 g of dried pardin lentils
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 400 g of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • Water

Elaboration

  • Slice the carrots with cone 4
  • Dice the potatoes
  • Chop the onion and pepper with cone 3
  • Grate the ripe tomato
  • Put all the ingredients in the cooking unit
  • Add 3 parts of water for each part of lentils
  • Cover and heat over medium heat
  • When click-click continuously, lower to minimum
  • Cook for 40 minutes
