  • 1 fresh pizza dough
  • 100 g of natural fried tomato
  • 150 g of semi-cured cheese
  • Ripe cherry tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Baking paper


  • Put the baking paper on the base
  • Roll out the dough on top
  • Spread the tomato on the dough
  • Grate the cheese with cone 1 and spread it over the dough
  • Put the cut cherry tomato
  • Garnish with the basil and cover
  • Bake by setting the grill at 200 ºC for 20 minutes, or over medium heat for 20 minutes if you are using a unit
  • When ready, plate and flavor with fresh basil
