Potatoes omelette

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Elaboration

  • Heat oil over medium heat
  • Cut the potatoes with cone 3
  • Wash the potatoes and drain well
  • Add the potatoes to the hot oil
  • Brown the potatoes and remove the potatoes
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl
  • Add the potatoes, mix and add salt
  • Preheat a clean unit
  • Lower the temperature to the minimum
  • Paint the surface with little oil
  • Incorporate the whipped mixture
  • Curdle on one side
  • Turn around with a plate
  • Keep fire to a minimum
  • Cook the other side according to taste
