Rice With Chard

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 300 g beans
  • 200 g of chard
  • 400 g of round rice
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • Salt

Elaboration

  • Start with the cold unit
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them
  • Add onion
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Add the grated tomato
  • Add the beans
  • Season with black pepper
  • Introduce the chard
  • Put the water
  • Add salt to taste
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until it clicks
  • Open and add 100 g of rice per person
  • Lower to the minimum and wait 15 minutes
