Vegetables cream

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini or pumpkin
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper

Elaboration

  • Chop all the vegetables with cone 2
  • Cover 3/4 of the unit
  • Cook to 40% or medium heat
  • Add a bit of water if you prefer a more liquid texture
  • Lower to minimum when click-click
  • Wait 10 minutes
  • Blend with the mixer or stir with a rod, depending on the texture you prefer
  • Season to taste (turmeric, ginger, salt, raw olive oil …)
