Seafood paella

12in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill
Ingredients
- 1 Fresh, clean cuttlefish
- 4 Prawns
- 4 Norway lobsters
- 300 g of mussels
- Homemade fried tomato
- 500 ml of fish stock
- 400 g of round rice
- Paprika
- Saffron
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic
- Parsley
Elaboration
- Preheat the 12in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 230º, or the casserole until the drop slips over the surface
- Add oil
- Sauté the prawns
- Sauté the garlic
- Sauté the cuttlefish
- Add the fried tomato
- Add one pot of rice (100 g) per person and sauté
- Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika and stir
- Add broth or hot water, same amount as rice (plus a little extra if less whole rice is preferred)
- Add saffron, salt and parsley
- Slightly stir
- Add the mussels
- Cover up
- Go down to minimum power when clicked, to 85º on the Grill
- Program RICE 1 at the Electric Grill or Cook at least with a casserole for 20 minutes
