Seafood paella

12in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh, clean cuttlefish
  • 4 Prawns
  • 4 Norway lobsters
  • 300 g of mussels
  • Homemade fried tomato
  • 500 ml of fish stock
  • 400 g of round rice
  • Paprika
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Parsley

Elaboration

  • Preheat the 12in Saladmaster Titanium Electric Grill at 230º, or the casserole until the drop slips over the surface
  • Add oil
  • Sauté the prawns
  • Sauté the garlic
  • Sauté the cuttlefish
  • Add the fried tomato
  • Add one pot of rice (100 g) per person and sauté
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika and stir
  • Add broth or hot water, same amount as rice (plus a little extra if less whole rice is preferred)
  • Add saffron, salt and parsley
  • Slightly stir
  • Add the mussels
  • Cover up
  • Go down to minimum power when clicked, to 85º on the Grill
  • Program RICE 1 at the Electric Grill or Cook at least with a casserole for 20 minutes
