Seafood paella

Ingredients

  • Fresh and clean cuttlefish
  • Prawns and Norway lobster
  • Mussels
  • Homemade fried tomato
  • 500 ml of fish broth
  • 4400 g of round rice
  • Sweet paprika
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Parsley

Elaboration

  • Preheat the unit or the electric grill to 230 ºC
  • Add oil
  • Fry the prawns
  • Sauté the garlic
  • Sauté the cuttlefish
  • Add the fried tomato
  • Add rice (100 g) per person and sauté
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Add the broth or hot water, the same amount as rice (plus a little extra if you prefer less entire rice)
  • Add a point of saffron, salt and parsley
  • Stir slightly
  • Add the mussels
  • Cover or lower to minimum when click-click
  • Cook for 20 minutes or program RICE 1 on the grill
