Stewed Vegetables (Vegan)

11 in Saladmaster Titanium Sauce Pan


  • 100 g sweet onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves (grated)
  • 1 or 2 carrots (cut into thin slices or very small dice)
  • 150 g flat green beans (cut into diagonal strips)
  • 10 mushrooms (cut into quarters)
  • 1 ripe tomato (grated without skin)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 30 ml of white wine
  • 120 ml vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • Paprika de la vera dulce
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt


  • For this type of recipes, the cutting of vegetables is important, and the size of the cut will be according to the hardness of the vegetable which will increase the time to cook
  • Cut all ingredients as directed
  • Add the cut vegetables to the 11 in Saladmaster titanium sauce pan
  • Pour grated tomato over vegetables
  • Add a bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste, a teaspoon ground paprika
  • Add wine and vegetable broth to casserole
  • Cover the pan and put on medium heat
  • When you click intensely, lower to minimum heat and cook 20/25 minutes (depends how you like the vegetables cooked)
  • Serve hot
  • Accompany with some slices of toast
